A resort that has grown significantly the last few years, El Tarter is a quiet town with no shortage of places to stay. The main slopes are open on the mountainside above small woods. There are some runs through the woods back to all of the resort lift bases. A great resort for beginners as El Tarter has a fantastic ski school and timid skiers can enjoy the gentle, long slopes.
