- Overview
Three superb ski areas in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, each set in stunning scenery & linked by an efficient ski bus system. There are stunning views from glacier to lake & high mountain vistas - some of the most amazing views of any ski resort in the world. Lake Louise ski area has a variety of long trails; 2 miles away & linked by bus service every 45 minutes. Sunshine is larger with many slopes above tree line - 30 minutes by bus; Norquay is smaller with mainly wooded slopes - 20 minutes away. Beginners learn quickly with excellent tuition & long green runs through the trees. Intermediates & advanced use the Tri Area pass to explore all three ski areas.
There is no central village, but there are a few restaurants, shops & bars. Not a resort for party loving people, more for serious skiers, boarders & families of all abilities who enjoy nature & quiet evenings spent relaxing by the fire.
This resort is for serious skiers, boarders and families of all abilities who want to make the most of their days by enjoying a quiet evening in a relaxed resort
