If it's adventure you're looking for - a holiday in Maui is definitely the right choice for you. From whale watching to scuba diving to horseback riding, there are plenty of fun-filled activities to suit all ages. Why not take a trip to Haleakala National Park to encounter magnificent volcanic landscapes and whilst there why not explore the area on your very own All Terrain Vehicle? Or why not experience a sunrise over the sleeping volcano? There are also a number of helicopter tours operated around Maui ensuring that you can experience all the magnificent views the island has to offer from the air.
The Atlantis Submarine Adventure which allows you to discover the underwater inhabitants of the island, and Cave Quest, which allows you to explore underground caverns and cave formations, will excite children on a family holiday.
In the evenings, why not enjoy a taste of traditional Hawaiian culture and visit a luau? These are often held in the bigger hotels on the island, although there are a number which are independently run and held on the beachfront. Luaus include dinner, dancing and traditional music and are a must whilst on holiday in Hawaii.
If you prefer something a little more reserved in the evenings then the dining options on Maui are similar to that of the other Hawaiian Islands in that it boasts an eclectic fusion of food from around the world - there is even an Irish pub!
